The customer service here was amazing, especially from jacob who helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs. The hotel is just a few steps away from the subway.

The hotel is fairly clean and the staff are courteous and very very nice. Everything is nice, the room is clean and fairly quiet with a good breakfast and a single king bed, as example. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is excellent very close to college town in Greencastle, Cloverdale, and Greencastle. Great service and the food is good. The room had refreshed decor with vinyl plank flooring. The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. There's extensive parking for trucks, a plus. It's also conveniently close to fast food eateries.

We had a great time relaxing by the indoor pool and were pleased with the comfy beds in our room. The breakfast options could have used a bit of improvement, but the kids enjoyed the cereal and fruit that was available. Just a heads up, we wished for closer rooms since we requested adjoining rooms but had one in between. still, it was a fun family getaway! 😊

The room was pretty decent. The beds were clean and reasonably comfortable. I liked the refreshed decor with the new vinyl flooring. The shower was awesome-great water pressure and hot water. It was nice having ample parking for large vehicles too.
